Easy to set up as well as load/unload. Super sturdy, and fits perfect on my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Haven’t (yet) used it on the highway but it remains stable on the rural-ish bumpy roads where I live.

I really like the product however during shipping the box was torn and one of the set screws was missing from my bike rack. I would have given it 5 stars for product but minus 1 because of packaging and shipping damage that lead to missing set screw. Reached out to Saris trying to get a replacement screw.
