Luxe Collection Essential Aroma Oils

My diffuser does not work. When I called the company in Florida, they asked me tomsend the diffuser back to them. They sent me a video allegedly opening the box I sent where they removed the diffuser and showed on the video that the diffuser was working. The video clearly does not depict the boxed diffuser, so I called the company. The person I spoke to would not listen to reason--even when I revealed specific conflicts in the video that proved it was not the box/diffuser I returned. She told me her technician said it was working so she was returning the same diffuser back to me. To no surprise, when I got the diffuser back it is not working! This is poor customer service!!

So far I haven't found an aroma i did not like. This one smells great.

Absolutely love the smells you have available. They make my home and work place smell terrific!
