Product is ok, Customer service is great

First time customer. Ordered 12 specific flavors as a Valentine’s Day gift and didn’t receive what I ordered, but customer service fixed it immediately and sent replacements. The macaroon filling is high quality, but the cookie itself is extremely delicate and crumbles/breaks apart into pieces the instant you bite into it.
