Game changer

I bought these on clearance just to do a personal test to see if it would make a difference in my eyes after being in front of a screen for hours. My eyes were staying dry, irritated and I struggled at times with blurry vision. I was doubtful of it making a difference. I changed nothing except the use of the glasses, and I was surprised by the difference in my eyes after committing to wearing them any time I am in front of my monitor. I never knew who to be believe in the debate of whether we need blue light blocking glasses or not. I know now that it does make a difference. No doubt. These glasses are well made and I plan to buy some more to keep in my travel case so that I will not ever be without them.
