Bimini Polka Dot Nouveau Bow 1/2" Collar with Aurora Borealis Giltmore

Cute collars but cannot find vendor where I bought them. I measured and chose the correct size…I thought. But it’s too small. Would want to replace the collars to get a size large, but whom do I contact? I’d then give it 5 stars, as they’re lovely. .
