I got this pillow for my boyfriend who had a knee replacement and my brother who had two hip replacements. They both are young, but had active lifestyles and the relief and pulsation of this pillow is different than any other Massage cover that they have used. It is worth the money and extremely relaxing. There is a pulsation and different setting. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will purchase again.
