Shadow Hunter SE (Affordable Version)

Product is great, service not so much. I am a big fan of Star Wars Theory, used to love watching his vids a couple years ago, so I was glad to purchase some sabers from him. This was my first order, purchased during the memorial day sale. Did not receive any updates for processing for two weeks, so I reach out via instagram. They said it would take 7-14 days, and I'd get tracking info over email, and that they would check on it for me. Another week or so passes and still nothing, so I reached out again; this time they finally sent me a tracking number. Upon checking out the history, it was barely processed the day they responded to my first message, and was shipped from Hong Kong. With everything said, the product itself is really good and fun to me around with, I'm really just disappointed with the processing time.

I love you sabers, I just want happy with the complete lack of communication. That's something that should be improved for the future. But I'm very happy with the sabers I got.
