Terrible service

Hair came quickly enough, but was very expensive compared to other hair that I have ordered. Customer services return policy is shocking, I got a very cut email to tell me they do not acknowledge any returns, it takes 14 days to receive your refund, and you pay your own return postage… Will never use again for that reason… Very very very poor
