well priced quality with first class service
July was recommended to me by a friend and I convinced my mother to purchase a small July suitcase for a recent trip she was taking. They are very price competitive with other travel luggage brands which convinced her. Within 3 weeks of buying the bag, it was damaged on a long haul flight. We took it back to July, and they agreed to replace the exact case, with a new one. No questions, no quarrels.
