I knew I missed out on something this past Christmas season-pepparkaker/gingersnaps! I was so glad when I saw them here. They did not disappoint- they were delicious. Crispy but not hard and just the right amount of ginger. Delicious!

Just The Right Amount of Tang

These ginger snaps have just the right amount of ginger and snap to make them absolutely delicious. I've had a lot of ginger snaps in my lifetime, and these are some of the very best. I love them!
