nice, but water bottle pocket too small

loving the pockets and the grab loop, build quality seems solid, nice size. knocking off a star because i bought this one partly for the water bottle pocket and the elastic opening is so small that it's a battle to get a disposable water bottle into it and there's no way my reusables are fitting.

Almost perfect

I would have given it a five star rating if the side net pocket had been big enough for ANY water bottle or my iPhone, it is not. Everything else is well made and just as pictured. One of the descriptions had mentioned it carrying a water bottle. REally disappointed about that. Bag and straps are sturdy and well made.

I have been trying to return the items since last week and have been unsuccessful in getting the proper procedure.
