Broken Bottle

All I can say is the customer service from Caswell-Massey deserves more than 5 stars. I ordered a bottle of cologne and when delivered the bottle had shattered while in-transit. They promptly replaced my order with a new bottle and a bar of complimentary soap. The 2nd box arrives and unbelievably it was also broken during shipping. I asked for a full refund which they did without hesitation, and sent me a complimentary bottle of the 7.5mL travel-size bottle. Kudos to your entire team.
