Beautiful bracelet and charm

Bought as a gift, very happy with the bracelet and cute custard cream charm. When I messed up the order, it was quickly sorted out and rectified. Thank you for being so efficient.

Sweet bracelet however was told I could attach loop charms and you cannot unless you remove the lily charmed tag which I have done and it’s fine .. but then doesn’t look quite so nice .. charms do fit and been wearing a week all secure
