Beautiful piece with a few nuances to be aware of

First of I do love this piece. I knew I wanted to buy it the second I saw it. I measured my wrist at 7 1/4 so I ordered three 7 1/2 hoping it would be too loose because I was looking for a snug fit. Well I got it and actually had to perform a slight bending adjustment which made it fit exactly how I wanted. The only other consideration to be aware of is due to its shape and smoothness (which for me is part of its appeal) it can be a chore having to push two curved slippery parts together with one hand. A hinge may have been the way to go but I’m not a jeweler so what do I know. Just have someone help whenever possible and never take it off. Done deal, cheers.

Poor quality product with obvious play. Customer service was unhelpful and reluctant to cover the return, despite the item being faulty, insisting this is “how it’s manufactured.” For the premium price charged, the workmanship is unacceptable. If quality can’t be guaranteed, you’re far better off buying from platforms like Etsy. I won’t be purchasing from here again.
