Missing refund
This is my first interaction with Neutral Bay, and as lovely as the product looked I didn't feel it was worth the price so I have returned all sets within a timely manner and using official Royal Mail tracker services. Only for my parcel to not be accepted multiple times, no communication from the company and now a missing refund of over ÂŁ200.
