Love the dress, dislike the returns policy

The dresses are lovely and I really like them. Fit a variety of sizes and look good although they are very long. Having to pay for returns on a £400+ order is just ridiculous though and a very poor offering compared to competitors, especially when there are no shops to try on dresses so it’s impossible to get an idea of size from the website.

The dress was better quality than I expected, as with this material you always expect something very thin but the construction of the dress is great, fits like a glove
