Imabari - Towel Blanket Cotton "Native"

It feels soft against the skin—like a bath towel—making it perfect for summer.

This blanket is essentially an oversized bath towel, exactly like the kind used in Japan during the summer. Before using it, I washed it in the machine, gave it a quick tumble in the dryer, and then let it air-dry indoors. It has become incredibly useful now that the weather is warming up and temperatures are approaching 80°F. Towel blankets like this are rarely found in the US, but they would be perfect for use here during the hot summer months. I do wish they came in cooler colors, though—like sky blue.

Haven’t washed it yet, but slept under it night I received it. Soft, but breathable…house temp at 69. Very good nights sleep. Happy camper. Beautiful blanket, very well designed and made. WH
