Our favorite olive oil!

Our household uses this olive oil nearly everyday — the flavor complexity is as wonderful as the health benefits. It’s our favorite olive oil and we order by the case. My favorite uses are drizzling over baked fish and vegetables prepared En Papillote and drizzling over a fresh crisp salad!

What not order by the case?!?!

We have had the pleasure of taking two deliveries of the Olio Nuevo by the case, and will continue to do so ad infinitum. It's wonderful, lush, flavorful, and makes a mean olive oil cake... not to mention with 12 bottles in the house it makes for very easy thoughtful gifting! Finally, with the case discount (and even at the per bottle price) the price per ounce given the quality is a complete value proposition -- which is to say you get what you pay for and in this case you get more!
