Well to start it's been *30d and still haven't received order and hopefully the one bag listed for the review doesn't reflect my actual purchase of buy 2 one free and added another bag for 15$ at discount . I would love to be writing a review on how the product actually works ,maybe an update to this one in 30d to be fair .

I've only been using this for a week, today. It's too early to tell, that is why I've selected 3 stars. I have noticed though, I'm not as hungry as often as I was prior to taking it. I also feel like I'm sleeping better, but I also started working out a bit in the morning. It takes about 3 weeks to get a good grasp of it's doing what it's touted.

There are no indicators on the shipment to describe to me what I should and shouldn’t stay away from in order to take advantage of the effect of this product. I have been taken 3 to 4 per day for seven days and haven’t noticed any changes. I’m 230 pounds, so I bumped it up one pill from the recommended dose. It would be nice to have some information to go along with this product. Thank you.
