These wheels are amazing and should be standard!! I had to replace 4 wheels on 4 differnt occassions from the original wheels. These are not only better looking, but clearly stronger and better made. The fact that the caster is made with metal and not plastic clearly makes them stronger. Not sure why on such an amazing and expensive chair, it comes with plastic casters.
