I live in the United States and had never purchased art supplies from Japan. My experience with Art Supplies Japan (ASP) was outstanding. ASP was more efficient than many art suppliers in the states. Finally, and this is by no means the least important, ASP prices are outstanding. I ordered the 102 set of Holbein Acrylic Gouache at a lower cost than what I would have paid in the states.
