I wanted to love it - but can't

I was really hoping this would be one of my new favorite diamond painting shops but it let me down. When the kit 1st arrived it was missing all the AB's. I emailed them and they got them sent out ASAP. The customer service was great. But once I started working on the kit I was sad to see blurry symbols and similar symbols. They have l,j,i, I, 1 all on the same canvas! Seriously!!! The only saving grace is they are different colors but I am still frustrated! If they improve their printing and stop using similiar symbols I will give them another shot. As I said, I really wanted to love this.
