very good flavor , If i could change anything it would be the thickness of the cut , a little thin

Great taste and great price

We've been buying beef from Omaha Steak. These are better and they are from a local producer. I would much rather keep my purchases local so when I was recommended Mumford Dairy I didn't hesitate., And I'm glad that I gave it a try.
