Three Smoothie Blend Bundle

As anurse, working shifts, meals are difficult. Added to that I have a soy and aspartame allergy. These smoothies are a game changer for me! I dont have a sweeet tooth, so these are the best smoothies

I loved the breakfast & enjoyed afternoon & evening, but saying that I had to add oats in each one of them & use unsweetened almond milk to feel full... To my horror though within less than 2 weeks I could feel the weight piling on which was 2kgs & felt bloated at night even though I was eating a 1200 calorie diet on lite & easy excluding the breakfast. Not sure what I was doing so wrong. Regards Michelle
