NIRA Pro 3 Laser

I have been using the Nira laser for several years. I enjoy using it and recently upgraded to the Pro 3. I like the fact it has a bit more battery life and the option of no beeps. I find using Nira to be quick and to some degree relaxing. I feel that it has helped my skin to some degree. Not dramatic but as I said I have been a consistent daily user for years so who knows what my skin condition would be if I had not been using Nira. I am a fan of Nira and recommend it. I only gave 4 stars because the pro 3 sometimes is a little glitchy. As in you have to turn it off then back on because occasionally it keeps giving error beep for no reason.

I love my NIRA Pro Plus. I use it every day. I use the application on my phone to keep up my results. Based on the photo analysis tool, the age of my skin decreased over ten years in the first month of usage (68 years biologically to 51)!

I am disappointed by quality control.

I am disappointed by this machine. This is my 4th one within 1 yr of purchase. I am questioning quality control that is letting some of these machines pass through. One the fan didn't turn on. One the fan wouldn't turn off. One was burning me and I am now on the 4th one. It seems to be working but my trust in it is zero. I have never dropped one. I have never had anything over the vent holes. This is a good company and they stand behind their product but it takes 10 days to exchange one and I lose what I had gained in less wrinkles. I love the machine but for whatever reason, it's performance is not equal from one device to another. Frustrated? Yes. But this is a good company. It is the quality control that I question. The device does what it says it will do. I guess that I just got a few "bad apples". This company stood behind me and have not left me stranded. At $600, I cant afford to be stranded without the help of Nira. I live on disability and my husband got this for me for Mother's Day 2025. I hope this company Nira will continue to stand behind their products. Thank you.
