USB A/C 20W Fast Charge Brick

Great customer service. I was not sure how to connect the power brick to the battery and how to tell when the battery was fully charged. As always, they respond to emails very fast.

A long story edited: I selected "Dislike" to draw attention to what has been a "I-must-be-dreaming!" experience. At my own expense (terms I accepted), in February I returned a first-generation pair of Stealth Liners gloves owing to their poor performance. Gobi Heat agreed with me that the liners were defective and, under warranty, sent to me a replacement, second-generation pair of Stealth Liners. Great! Except…the battery charger that was sent along was, quite remarkably, for some sort of Ninetendo product. Whoops! To make amends, Gobi Heat shipped a substitute battery charger for… its first-generation Stealth Liners gloves that, of course, is of no use whatsoever to the second-generation liners. Ouch! But, all's well that ends well. After a great deal of back and forth (via phone and e-mail) and an unwelcome delay in my being able to actually wear the replacement pair of Stealth Liners II, I can now. Gobi Heat's Shipping & Handling department needs to be more careful when packaging customers' orders, in my opinion. Thank you. Chip Geer
