I was in the market for a used weight bench, but I cringed at dropping $150 on a 10 year old Bowflex 3-2-1 bench that rocks from side to side. Minutes after assembling this AB-3100, I could not believe how stable it is for under $300. I’ve paired it with a set of MX100 dumbbells, but I wish the MX100 dumbbell stand was as robust as my new REP adjustable bench. Well beyond my expectations. Hats off REP!!…customer for life.

Bench is strong and seems built to last. It was a fairly straightforward one-woman assembly job although the parts are heavy, so it would have been quicker with a second person. It's easy to move around once fully assembled. Most importantly, it's very stable and comfortable. Glad I didn't cheap out on a 75 dollar Amazon bench. This is a super solid piece at a reasonable price.
