I love this shirt!!! It is light and fits well! I love the sticky section around the waist that keep the shirt from sliding up. I am a very petite woman and the shirt fits well. I'd say most men would likely need medium or larger. It is breathable and isn't overly padded.

This Top is sick

Fits like a Glove, I love the arm pads and how the arms taper down to the hands. Shirt is super comfy and I like the grip at the bottom of the shirt. Would definitely recommend this shirt
