Cut Out Front Tie Dress

This is like a ribbed T-shirt material, which it is much thinner than I But also feels heavy at the same time. I also fell between sizes on the chart so I decided to size up so that the dress wasn’t too tight around my hip and even though I have a big chest, the top stretches out too much and poufs out under the armpits and looks ridiculous.
