Exactly what i wanted and quality of service

I travelled around Japan and couldn't find this while over there, so finding this online I was happy. It is exactly what it says it is, fits a wine bottle perfectly and I'm over the moon with it. On top of that I was contacted within 24hrs to inform me of a delay of a few days (instead of sending it on Thursday they sent it on the Monday!) The irony is it came within a week or so from Japan with no fuss and actually got here quicker than something else I ordered on the same day from somewhere else that was sending it from within Australia and in stock. Highly recommend
