Bad customer support

It's a good t-shirt, I had a back one for a year, but it got lost, so I bought a 4 more. However this time design was a bit different. Blue one was as expected, but black has waay deeper neck cutout, which revivals half of my chest and looks not very good (defensively not like on the photos on the product page). I didn't notice at first since I was wearing blue one, and when I switched to black and messaged support they just said "Sorry, it's more than 30 days from your order, nothing we can do" despite the product that arrived is different from one on the website. I expected better support for 80$ t-shirt. I spent around 1000$ here, but will think twice before buying again
