July were excellent in dealing with a warranty and replacement issue. Review and replacement voucher all done within a couple of days upon submission of videos and pictures. The new case is fantastic. July is a premium brand. Highly recommend the new neoprene covers to protect the details of your case. Baggage handlers don’t share the same love for the details sadly!!
