I bought this ring as an engagement ring for my fiance. SamNSue were so accommodating and helpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, when I contacted them, they responded very quickly and adjusted the size for me. I also told them about my plans to propose and I was concerned that the ring wouldn’t make it in time (my fault for poor planning). However, I was pleasantly surprised that the ring actually made it much earlier than expected and I was able to keep my initial proposal.
