Great product!

This is an overall good product. The instructions were clear for the most part but there were instances it could have been clearer. Also, one part didn’t have a long enough bolt and we had to go to Home Depot to buy a bolt big enough, along with the washers and nut.

All Home Gyms Need This

I have a lot to say about this. The initial set up was confusing. The instructions really need to have more detail, hardware and parts should be numbered. The instructions were vague a little bit of guess work was needed, especially feeding the cables through. Other purchasers comments really helped. For example one purchaser said the one cable is specifically a counter weight. This piece of equipment took a long time to build. I built it alone. Now the functionality of the equipment, I will start at the top and work down: The pull up bars offer a wide range of grip options, ensure you measure the height of the room to ensure you have enough space for your head to go above the bar without hitting the ceiling. The machine has a pulldown attachment which is very smooth, I use it while on my knees as opposed to sitting on a bench just to ensure I get a full stretch at the top. The Machine is designed to be loaded with plates. I suggest for optimization to load both sides with the same amount of weight. The dual pulleys on the sides are easily adjustable as long as you do not over tighten the pins. The pulleys are fairly smooth, not commercial gym quality but smooth enough the purpose this machine has been designed for. The low cable row is smooth, great for a wide variety of different exercises. The pulldown and row pulleys are more smooth than the dual pulleys. The overall stability of the machine is not that great, there is some wiggle when doing pull ups, but still feels like it will have no issue holding my weight plus the weight I hang off of me for weighted pull ups. I am so glad that I purchased this, it is a staple in many of my workouts, could not go back to the days before I purchased it.

Great machine, but a bit to put together

Works great so far only used it a couple times. My dad put it together and the instructions weren't the greatest and it took us a bit to get the cabling right but we got it and it works good. Also it should say on the instructions that you should get oil or somthing for it.
