I love it . . . 72 years old here, lifting since the 1960's. Straight out of the box this bar allowed me to overhead press without pain, I have still more row and curl variations, and within the next few weeks I'll be adapting to clean and overhead squat variations using it. No delivery problems whatsoever, a solid transaction. I Love It!
