Easy to use and they don't pinch the fingers like normal carabiners.

Can’t use with functional trainer

The carabiner is too thick to fit through the holes on the cable. Literally can’t use them and not worth returning so I have wayyyy too many carabiners. Ended up buying a 6 pack of much cheaper ones off Amazon and they work fine.
