Love this bench. It's very sturdy, very good price. My son said it's better than benches he's seen in some gyms. Easy to put together, and I'm not a patient man... Would definitely recommend.

Study and versatile

Great bench we picked up. Lots of choices to be had, but the excellent advice let us narrow it down to this. Great price and exactly what we needed to move our training forward.

Rock-Solid

Picked up the AmStaff TS009 bench for my home gym and it’s a beast. Solid frame, no wobble, and the padding is good. The backrest adjusts well & locks in — no sketchy movement when you're pressing heavy. I’ve used it for dumbbell work, sit-ups, leg raises, and some band work. The leg rollers are a clutch for decline core movements. It has a nice look overall too — black finish, clean welds, which fits in with my basement home-gym aesthetic. Bottom line: this bench is built for work. No gimmicks — just a tough, piece of gear that does the job done, and done right. If you’re serious about putting some meat on the bone, this bench is worth every penny.
