Quite comical, reviewed how upset I was a couple weeks ago, but these SABON people don't care about there customers OBVIOUSLY. I've spent thousands and 2 - 3 times monthly for over a year and I have to hear about their policies when not adding their TINY samples to my order. I Now care about them and their products as much as they care about their customers lol I've recently tried 2 others brands and wow, great customer service, products, and much respect for their customers :) Sabon also promised they'd remove me from all of their solicitations and obviously they have NOT lol They actually traded my thousands and multiple monthly orders for their TINY sample, very comical and pathetic. I will continue to review where ever I see Sabon so that other consumers know my experience as that is what reviews are for, if they need email convo's I got them, along with the last email wonderful rep from sabon literally spelling out how much $$ I have indeed spent without me even asking for that tally, as they glady said good bye and promised they'd quit hounding me with future emails too!!! Bye Bye "again" SABON

Gift keeps Gifting

Seems my gifting of Rose Tea hand cream has become a staple! Many years ago, the larger version was my white elephant gift for an annual women's holiday gathering. Since then, I've placed a small version in whatever I bring to the party. This year, it was this little hand cream in the pocket of a smock/apron. The gals roared because they knew who the present was from, the mystery of which is part of the fun, as is the 'stealing' by attendees. This white elephant went the distance, safe from theives after three steals meaning it was still popular. I'll keep using it and Rose Tea will remain my favorite SABON scent.
