I love the fit. I am 5’6” 160lb, 36b / medium sports bra and the shirt sleeve men’s size small fit me perfectly. I should say my shoulders are not very big. Also I love the sleeve length. The sleeve ends near the elbow and is so much better than a cap sleeve or mid bicep.
