Size way too big

I ordered 2 belts: one for me and one for my girlfriend. We both measured following your standards and ordered The size your charts recommended. Mine is perfect (size M)and feels just fine when I use it. So verry happy on my part. But The one for my girlfriend (size XL) was way too long. After comparing she also needed a size M and not XL (big difference). Now I also had The luck that it was international shipping and I couldn’t return it. So we contacted The 2POOD Europe and we were very happy we could make a trade there. Since The choice is more limited in The eu shop, she could not choose The print she wanted, but at least a belt she can use… So it was becoming a really expensive belt and not the one she wanted😬. First The shipping itself and also The import at customs and later The shipping to The 2POOD Europe for The trade.
