Adequate but not wonderful

I was a bit surprised that the fermentation finished at 1010, leaving the beer sweeter and with less punch than I was expecting. I opened a bottle last night and the head stays quite well, but it doesn't quite have the depth of flavour I hoped for. Maybe it will develop more over time.
