Easy Peasy Flour Mix

The following is what I have found to work best after making your bread for several months. I was having problems with it rising too much with such large holes in it that it could not be used for toast or sandwiches. What I found was that the flour and yeast have to be measured because there are different amounts in each bag. I have found up to 1/3 cup flour and 1/ tea of yeast over what it calls for to make two loaves. Once I started measuring I have not had that problem. Also, 9" pan is better than 8" and the less you handle it the better. Very easy and delicious after I found the problems. The mix makes great cinnamon rolls also. Thank you for selling the mix, it is great to have homemade bread!

Love this flour. I can use it to make healthy muffins, pancakes, cakes, and cookies!

Best GF bread I have had. Buy frozen bread or get the flour to save some money. Everything needed was included and really easy. Kitchenaid mixer was extremely helpful.
