Felt Mallets

The first ones -white felt mallets-arrived with one of the heads coming off was sent another one -- that one arrived Initial reaction Why was this mallet head flat? It came in a bag, not a box not even one of those triangle cardboard things to protect the mallets My research suggests take good care of your mallets. Don't just keep them on a flat surface. These came in an envelope type thing and were lopsided If panda cares about drums and the sound you would think that you would be able to ship a mallet so it is in pristine shape on arrival My dealing with panda has been a long long nightmare Started June 1. Perfect world I would've returned the drum, but I didn't know whether I would get my money back in my lifetime And for anybody that has had a totally different good experience I am truly happy for you

We wanted softer mallets for the small drum as the originals seemed to provide a tinny sound and these work well.
