Neon Bubble Beads

Neon bubble beads, I'm obsessed. When I noticed that charMenow had them I was all about it! Different colors, glow in the dark, so much fun at the end of the day. Have to remember tho, don't put these on neon powder or gel things like that, you have to put them on regular powder, gel, whatever your working with.. As usual fast shipping, you have a problem or a question they are there. Really great place to find some things that hopefully you can't find any where else. 👍
