Poor Customer service
I can’t rate the scent pacs, because I ordered them with what I thought was a replacement lid for my granddaughters Scent water bottle. But they seem to have changed the lid style which does not fit the older style. When I contacted the to see about returning the unusable lid and pods, I never received a response from them. Extremely disappointed !

Item was a little defective in the straw, emailed multiple times for replacement or refund, and have had no contact back from them at all. Would not recommend. Wasn’t cheap either compared to what I could have purchased for slightly more
