Basically our toffee take on a traditional Manhattan cocktail. We start with our dark chocolate cherry toffee, made with real dried Montmorency cherries from Michigan, and then we spike the batch with a fifth of Elijah Craig Bourbon! The bourbon just adds a richness and depth of flavor to the toffee that is unlike anything else.

All the flavors are incredible. The toffee is buttery smooth and not sticky. My favorite is the coffee. You can taste the coffee beans in the toffee.
