Outstanding Customer Service

We had an incredible experience with ABM. We ordered a large framed print of “The Black Wave”. ABM frequently touched base to let us know how the piece was progressing and sent pictures of the finished product which was such a nice touch. The art arrived about three weeks after we ordered and is gorgeous. Unfortunately there was a noticeable crack in the frame that occurred during shipping. We reached out to customer service and they gave us the option to either have a local framer fix the piece or ship it back. We opted for the latter and they covered the entire expense. We love our piece! But more importantly, we so appreciated our top notch experience with ABM. Rare to find customer service that is this prompt and willing to go the extra mile to fix any issues. Highly recommend!

Great Quality

I ordered a large painting ‘Black Wave’. The process start to finish takes a while but the end result was excellent. The Mausch reps contacted me with pictures of the painting near the end. I was not pleased with the first result and they asked me a few questions about why I was not pleased. They then corrected the painting to my liking and finished it. The end result is quite good and I am very happy with it. I would buy from Maudsch again
