Lovely product

The product was lovely but I was most impressed with the owner who kept us appraised of delays because of shipping issues for her. She was very attentive and right on top of it. She even offered to refund the purchase if this would make it late for my intentions with it, but it ended up coming pretty quickly and the recipient of my gift was very happy with it.
