I use Lexel to seal my SkyShed PODs (Astronomy Observatories), which have too deal with a temperature Range of -15 to +40C. Lexel never fully dries out and therefore never cracks. It sticks well to the high density polyethylene of the PODs, as well as the concrete they sit on. I rate this product as 10 out of 10.
