Very easy to install. It provides just a wee bit more lean to help you get into a more foward stance. They make my boots feel better than the default upright stance that my Ecorce 01C boots put me in originally. I feel more intrgrated with my skis and agile now.
I did find that they create a bit more space in the heel so I had to purchase some heel pads to dial in the boot fit better.
